Bringing happy attitudes and years of experience, our patients can rest assured that they are in good hands for their dental treatment. The assistants here at Scanlon Family Dental are here for YOU: keeping the office running smoothly, delivering a clean and tidy work environment, working chairside with the doctors, and ensuring patients have their questions answered and treatment plans explained, while also offering utmost professionalism and personality.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Our administrative staff works tirelessly both at the front desk and behind the scenes. We believe that excellent customer service is always included with your dental visits. We aim to deliver treatment with the non-clinical questions answered too and promise to schedule as promptly as possible. We work hard to be transparent with our fees and insurance coverages by pre-authorizing treatments and working diligently with insurance companies and other referring offices to make your experience one without hassle. Some staff members have been with Scanlon Family Dental for decades, watching our pediatric patients grow up and families thrive. We believe in a warm familial relationship with our patients, and we try to treat each patient like one of our own.
